EA has confirmed that Apex Legends Mobile Season 2 will release on July 12. The update, titled Distortion, will include a new map called Pythas Block 0 and headlining the update is new mobile-first Legend Rhapsody. Rhapsody is a DJ with rhythm-themed special abilities and an AI-controlled helper bot called Rowdy. You can see them in action in the Apex Legends Mobile Season 2 launch trailer below.

Apex Legends Mobile is estimated to have generated almost $5 million through player spending during its first week of availability.
